The 11th Annual Adirondack Sports Summer Expo kicked off this weekend and signified the beginning of outdoor activities for many. Also kicking off this spring is a new website created by LaMarche Safranko Law called pedbikelaw.com.
At LaMarche Safranko Law, we are lawyers who are also exercise enthusiasts. Every day that we exercise on the roads is another day that we encounter dangerous drivers and situations that could result in harm for us or our loved ones.
As more and more people take to the roads for exercise and recreation, injuries are on the rise because motorists are distracted or just don’t pay attention.
Based on our experiences as lawyers in the courtroom and athletes on the roads, we are in a unique position to understand what our clients have lost, and to express it in a compelling way to a judge and a jury. Our unique experiences have positioned us to be at the forefront of helping those who have been struck by a car while walking, running or biking.
Our new website will be filled with safety tips and educational information regarding the rules of the road for pedestrians, runners, bikers, and motorists.
We have partnered with a variety of athletes, law enforcement agencies, and everyday people to form the Road Sharing Alliance to extend the reach of our message on road safety.
