- Between 3 and 10 years of Post-Release Supervision.
- Up to 10 years of Probation.
- Up to $5000 in fines.
- Registration as a Sex Offender (Link).
- Order to provide a DNA sample
- $1425 in Sex Offender surcharges.
- Payment of restitution.
- Order to have HIV resting.
